Cartman, You Dumbass is the first episode of South Park: Derksmon Story.
Synopsis[]
A new kid, Ryan Derksmon moves to South Park, Colorado from Henderson, Nevada. A student from South Park Elementary, Andrew introduces him to Stan, Kyle and Kenny, who he becomes friends with. Cartman tries to make himself look like the "cool kid" towards Ryan and ends up putting him into a hospital.
