Govenor Emmanuel Bhienham is a corrupt govenor of Colorado and is the main antagonist in South Park: Colorado's Last Stand.
Appearance[]
Emmanuel wears a blue coat with a blue undershirt and green trousers. He has black shoes, on the day waiting for everyone beeing sent to Concetration camps he is wearing a jumper chanting the words "Whip! Whip!" He is from Iran, which would make him asian, he also has a nice cut hair.
Personality[]
Emmanuel is a stone cold politictian, when he was elected he sent some soldiers to shape every building to CC's. Also, he is apparently afraid of US Agents, because when Shane dressed as one he got scared of it.
