The Cartman's(or the South Park Mafia) is

a crime family run by Jerry Cartman, with Eric Cartman being his consigliere. It was featured in "Who Is That" of Season 4 of South Park: A New Era. This is a parody of the Corleone family in the Godfather trilogy.
History[]
After watching the Godfather trilogy, Gerald "Jerry" Cartman decides to create his own crime family, he himself being the don and Cartman being his consigliere. Soon enough, the Cartman's becomes a thriving business and the money goes to Jerry's head.
Cartman later betrays the family to the police, in exchange for a new Playstation 3 (with Netflix). After getting in a fight with an 8th Grader, Jerry is about to have his men beat him up. However, the police shoot them all, leaving Jerry to fight an 8th Grader all by himself.
After learning Cartman betrayed him, Jerry has marijuana planted in his room before notifying the police. After learning of the arrest the next day, the boys ask Jerry if he had anything to do with it, to which he replies,"Don't ask me about my business", revealing that the Cartman Crime Family isn't dead yet.
